Kokam Rack System (KRS)

Meeting diverse applications

The KRS is composed of Standard High Power or High Energy Type Racks. Equipped with all the superior features of Kokam’s Standard Racks, it can be tailored to meet all types of load requirements. Up to 30 Racks can be connected in parallel to increase the capacity of the system.

Kokam’s Rack systems have been widely installed at utilities, factories, office buildings, hospitals, and data centers for load leveling, peak shaving, black start, and frequency regulation purposes. The small footprint, flexible design, and compatibility with various PCS (Power Conversion Systems) provide numerous customer benefits

Technical Data

The table below provides the technical specifications for the KRS comprised of two to five Racks. Kokam recommends the use of a System BMS and a DC Distributional Panel when five (5) or more Racks are connected in parallel.
